ExoTech Construction, LLC is a new business; but the skills and craftsmanship behind our finished products have been developing for years. Owners Cole Sustaire and Michael Morlock have a robust skillset tailored to producing quality products in the fabrication world. Together, they offer an unmatched level of construction intelligence which combined with their professionalism, integrity and desire to succeed has led to the companies continued success since its inauguration in 2018. 

ExoTech Construction, LLC is currently rooted in Kurten, Texas just outside of the fast paced college town of College Station. After graduating from Texas A&M in 2015 with an Industrial Engineering degree, Cole worked for a structural steel/job shop in Bryan as an Estimator, Project Manager and Drafter where he met his current business partner, Michael. Michael worked there full time through his tenure at Sam Houston State where he graduated with a Construction Science degree in 2018. During their time at this employer, they gained a great deal of valuable business and fabrication experience which combined with their degrees to create the perfect storm to set this business up for success.
